All of our classes include breath awareness (pranayama) asana (postures) and Meditation.  Our standard classes are 1 hour 15 minutes.

 
 
 

Meet our teachers

Keri Sheerin & Jennie Pitts-Knipe make all the magic happen. They both have 20+ years of teaching experience, and have worked together for 22 years.

 

Keri Sheerin BS, Ryt 500, c-IAyt

Keri is the director of O2 Yoga & Wellness.  She is a certified Somatic Yoga Therapist and has taught Yoga & Meditation nationally and internationally for more than 25 years.  Her group classes are therapeutic, and alignment based, with energy and yoga philosophy sprinkled in.  She received her Bachelors of Science in Biology, and has an authentic love for science. She will help you understand what, how and why your body does what it does. AND most important you will learn to respect the knowledge within your body.

Yoga Therapy Sessions are spirituality based, and are done one on one, using the more subtle and yet profoundly powerful yoga practices. Yoga Therapy is recognized as an up and coming beneficial modality, for anxiety, depression, grief, burn out, & self esteem or self compassion issues.

JENNIE PITTS-KNIPE MA, RYT

Jennie  is a creative movement master.  Part dancer, part yogi, Jennie Pitts Knipe has taught creative movement, dance and yoga classes throughout the western states and abroad for over two decades. She earned her MFA in Dance from the University of Colorado, her BA in Dance & English Literature from the University of Oregon, and completed her yoga instructor training at the Shambhava Yoga Konalani Ashram (2004). Based in the Reno/Tahoe region, she passionately applies her skills as a teacher and dance maker to help others CONNECT . . . with their own bodies, with one another, with the environment, and with their limitless capacity to express and evolve from the heart.

 Her classes are filled with  love  & rhythm, mixed with a whole lot of fun.  You will leave her class feeling alive in body, mind, and spirit, and a renewed sense of happiness.
