Happy Newness  from O2

YOGIS, once again you have gone beyond our expectations in generosity and love.  Together   we raised over $1100 and contributed generously with food donations, for the Carson Vally Food Closet.  I am grateful to all of you and especially grateful to the teachers at O2.  Again so amazed with all of your generosity and glowing spirits!  

We are thrilled to announce  NEW classes at O2: 

Early Rising Yoga 5:30 am, Tuesday & Thursday,

Leslie’s class has changed to 4:00-5:30pm

Yoga for Back Pain, Tuesdays 12;00pm-12:45pm, with Marta Olson.  All levels Welcome!

ZUMBA!!! With our own dancing Deva, Jennie Pitts!  Join Jennie Friday at 6:00pm and Saturday at 10:30am.
