O2 Yoga
All of our classes are taught by Certified & registered yoga instructors. We all love, live practice yoga.
O2 Yoga classes will include postures (asana), conscious breathing,(pranayama) sound (chant), philosophy, and deep relaxation, meditation & lots and lots of love.
The descriptions of the classes will help you decide where to begin, and the intensity of the class. All of the teachers at O2 are unique and will honor “you” as an individual. You can check out the Bio’s for a bit more about each of them and their styles.
If you are new to yoga....
WELCOME!
We will suggest you begin in a “FOUNDATION Series.” Check WORKSHOPS for the dates.
You are always welcome to drop into any class on our regular SCHEDULE.
YOGA FOR BEGINNERS, a great class to begin your yoga practice.
Yoga for ALL, all level students are welcome to attend. These classes will have a quicker pace and more Vinyasa, then the begginers classes.
Moderate Yoga, these classes are for students who have been practicing for some time. Arm balances and full wheel, are a good indication.
